What should do an italian with engineering degree to find a job in LA?

What should an italian 25yrs old with a Management Engineering degree (engineering branch focused on managing companies), 2yrs of experience on managing his own e-commerce company, and a fluent english do – step by step – to find a job in LA?
Could you help with websites or helpful tips?
If your degree is a US university accredited degree, you should have no problem. Many employers look down upon foreign degrees as substandard

Foreign degrees in the States, with exceptions, are considered sub-standard or at least out of cultural bounds. There are many placement agencies in LA. Good luck.
