what kinds of careers can i start with a business administration degree?

will i have to start at entry-level or go right to management? would it limit me to office work? do employers see it as different from a general business degree?
You can do alot of things with this degree.You can get office jobs as well as management trainee jobs in hotels, restaurants, retail, zoo etc. I don’t think there will be much difference whether you have a biz admin degree or general biz degree, it is pretty much the same.
I doubt anyone will hire you right into management with no experience, it doesn’t work that way. These days BA’s are a dime a dozen, so unless you know someone, plan on starting on entry level and working your way up. Figure out what industry you like and start applying to companies in that field. You need to be specific about what skills you have and what position you feel you can do. Good luck.
Your options are endless. The degree opens the door YOU have to walk through it. For me, I have the same degree but wanted to work from home. SO – I became an Equipment Leasing Broker. I set my own hours and have more fun doing it than anything else I have ever done. Good luck – get through that door!
