What else can I do with an education degree besides teach?

Recently, I have been thinking of leaving the classroom and find another job/career. My concern is my degree is in education. What can you do with an education degree besides teach. Are there any other options?
Well my mom is in education and she’s worked in a lot of different fields, she’s done private work with kids who have dyslexia, and she’s also taught at a community college, which is a bit different… I’m not sure what kinds of qualifications you need, but I’m sure you could work for the government, writing curriculum and tests and stuff, if you have graduate work, but that sounds boring as hell…
Sales or Management. There are plenty of jobs out there that require a degree, but not a particular one. Especially jobs that require an awesome personality, or other non-teachable skill.
