What are the best MBA programs to learn a second language before you graduate?

I’m looking at b-schools to do my MBA and I really would like to learn a second language while I study. I am trying to find the best programs that require it as part of the curriculum or strongly encourage it.

The Official MBA Guide lists more than 2,000 MBA programs worldwide. One of the questions they ask the schools to answer if foreign language study is available to MBA students. The key terms search will be useful, but here are other search options in the Guide. Some MBA progrms require a foreign language, others offer it for credit, and some make it available with or without credit.
