How do psychology graduate schools look at GPAs from two different undergrad schools?

I transferred to another college with 3 semesters left for my undergrad in psychology. My GPA at my current school is 3.9, but my old one was more like 3.3. Do graduate schools weigh the current school higher, average the GPAs, or what? Thanks!

I know they do, but how heavy is this weighed when they make a hiring decision? I’m going for a marketing degree at Black Hills State and I’m thinking about transferring over to South Dakota State University. For a marketing degree does it really matter where you graduate from?
Would it look bad to employers if I have an advertising degree rather than marketing one?

At my college, to get a marketing degree, I am required to take accounting. I am currently taking accounting, but it is rather difficult, and I may withdraw. Will I have less of a chance of getting a job if I have advertising degree instread of marketing?
