Do you think a college degree should be required for higher ranked Enlisted?

Do you think that someone E-7 or above should be required to have a college degree? I understand that all officers do but do you think that considering most E-7s and above are in some sort of leadership and executive position, should they not also have a college degree? What is your opinion?
