Will a masters degree in social work enhance your chances of getting into medical school?

I have a masters degree in social work and, recently, decided that I would love to be an OBGYN. I would like to know if the masters degree will look good on a medical school application alongside other required course work for admissions.

What bachelor degree offers holder best chances for employment, and preparation for going into own business?

We are trying to identify the best bachelor degree for our son to pursue in college starting 2011.
