Graduate work in psychology with a political science or philosophy major?

How likely is it that I’d get accepted into grad school for psychology with a major in political science or philosophy? I’m done with political science and I’m half way through philosophy, should I just dump philosophy and pick up psychology and end up spending another year in school? I should have a 3.5 GPA or above by graduation(this December), if that makes any difference.

Depends what type of psychology program. If it’s clinical psychology, very low chance. Other fields such as social psych and such, you have better chances as they are slightly less competitive but without some type of research work under your belt from either bio or in psychology, you will find it difficult. I’d suggest you take some psych classes and most importantly sign up to do research work , if you’re serious about the grad school route.
