After four long years in college, you have earned a degree in a field which you know is hot, can provide a healthy income, and yet here you find yourself without a job. Through various interviews employers have been impressed with your education, but they want skills, and experience. You are up against competition with years of experience and an education. A certification is a powerful tool, not only because it demonstrates your technical abilities, but also because it gives your employers confidence; letting job prospects know you have gone above and beyond to improve your skills in order to increase performance.

Employers want to hire employees who they can trust to take care of their business. They are placing a lot of responsibility on your shoulders, which means money to them. You have to be sure that you have the ability to perform when those tasks become yours. It takes practice and training to gain this type of confidence.
