I need to start looking for somewhere to go after I get my degree so I can move on to Masters and then get my Ph.D. I live in Arkansas and to my knowledge, there is no schools here that offer a doctorate program for Psychology. The closest I found is BSc in Psychology, where I can choose to major in human behavior.

Is it a good idea to start with the psychology degree and transfer to another university later?

I have been trying to find Masters programs at a good school for the field of psychology, and it would make it all the better if it had something like forensic psychology. So far the only school I’ve found with an interesting program is University of Denver. If you have any school suggestions that would be great.

The states I would rather it not be in are Michigan, New York and California.
