Does anyone know if a Bachelor degree will transfer from the United Kingdom to the United States?

This Bachelor degree is in Accounting. My friend is from London, he is planning on moving here, to the USA, and he wants to know if the Degree will transfer. Also any proof of this information would be very helpful.
