can i get into interior design with an associates degree in graphic design?

I’m about to finish up my associates degree in graphic design at my local community college, but I’m starting to get into interior design. Can I get into with an AA in graphics or what?
You can do anything you want. All you have to do is be persistent, show that you have creative talent and that you have a passion for design. Keep going back to the places you want to work at over and over again. Don’t worry about being a pain in their ass… eventually, when they are looking for a candidate, who do you think is the first person they are going to think of?… that’s right, you!
